Daška Hatton (STAT, RCST) is an experienced Alexander Technique teacher and Craniosacral Therapist who has continually developed and expanded her practice over the last twenty years. She has a particular interest in the ways in which stressful conditions manifest in the body and uses stillness and deep, spacious listening to facilitate change. She has completed a Foundation year in Psychotherapy and is an accredited Supervisorfor the Craniosacral Therapy Association. In addition she has an ongoing Tai Chi practice.

In 2016 Daska and colleague Liz Kalinowska published ‘Every Body Tells a Story’, inviting you into the therapy room to experience a Craniosacral therapeutic encounter. Liz and Daška share their own experiences of more than 40 years in practice and give examples from myth and legend help to place the work in a wider context. The book’s innovative approach has gained widespread praise, including from acclaimed psychotherapist Susie Orbach.

Daška is Co-Director of Joint Practice and is currently launching a new Post Graduate course,Towards Better Practice, aimed at supporting bodywork Therapists. She combines private practice with teaching in the Alexander Technique School, Queen’s Park.  She is a Member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, The Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
