Daška Hatton (STAT, RCST) is an experienced Alexander Technique teacher and Craniosacral Therapist who has continually developed and expanded her practice over the last twenty years. She has a particular interest in the ways in which stressful conditions manifest in the body and uses stillness and deep, spacious listening to facilitate change. She has completed a Foundation year in Psychotherapy and is currently training to be a supervisor. In addition she has an ongoing Tai Chi practice.

In 2016 Daska and colleague Liz Kalinowska published ‘Every Body Tells a Story’, inviting you into the therapy room to experience a Craniosacral therapeutic encounter. Liz and Daška share their own experiences of more than 40 years in practice and give examples from myth and legend help to place the work in a wider context. The book’s innovative approach has gained widespread praise, including from acclaimed psychotherapist Susie Orbach.

Daška is Co-Director of Joint Practice and is currently launching a new Post Graduate course,Towards Better Practice, aimed at supporting bodywork Therapists. She combines private practice with teaching in the Alexander Technique School, Queen’s Park.  She is a Member of both The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique and The Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom.
